A shot taken at the Grampians couple years ago, a beautiful place that is part of rural Victoria. There are not a lot of high mountains in Australia like there is in New Zealand or Asia, but this is definitely the place to go to see this part of the lucky country called Australia. -------------------- Exposure: 0.003 sec (1/320) Aperture: f/4.0 Focal Length: 18 mm ISO Speed: 100 Exposure Bias: 0/2 EV

Wow the pov is perfect. B&w works extremely well here to enhance the majestic rock formation

I'm with you 100% with the sentiment, even though I am guilty of having ignored the greater region of the Grampians for far too long. Still, now that I am 50% responsible for having created a one-year-old human, perhaps it's all the ammunition I need to show her this glorious part of our country. BTW, I think the B&W treatment works a treat here as it adds a certain edge to a frame already filled with drama. Great work. I hope the feet continue to trample those contours sans footprints. All the best for 2008. :D
